Product Development Senior Manager

The Products and Services division is leading an ambitious and industry disruptive strategy to revolutionize how we interact with our members as we join them in their pursuit of their ideal health journey. Our mission is to deliver seamlessly integrated capabilities to transform the member experience and improve health. We are looking for a leader in product development who will work with pace, build to significant scale and is passionate about disrupting the healthcare experience for consumers.

Fundamental Components:
Analyze, interpret, and build information on customer trends and product performance.
Generate unique and actionable insights to drive strategy.
Demonstrate mastery-level understanding of key drivers of product performance including holistic, integrative view of all other functions, i.e. pricing, sales, distribution, quoting, marketing, as well as other markets/segments, and Aetna business processes.
Oversee/lead the development of rigorous strategic/economic business cases for short-term enhancements, maintenance fixes and/or new products that are breakthrough and positioned to win in the marketplace, including 3-year roadmaps.
Provide direction, input and thought leadership into broader strategy work.
Build and leverage strong relationships and remove barriers; support team in navigating and working across business areas.
Take full accountability for end result, serve as product expert, and leverage all resources available to achieve objectives.

Background Experience:
2-4 years strategy consulting experience with management and leadership experience or 7+ years of strategy, management, and leadership experience.
Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Econometrics, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent required. Top tier MBA, MPH, MPA, MPP preferred.
