The Email Builder plays a vital role in Digital Communication’s multi-channel campaign (email and SMS) production and rollouts. You are execution focused and emphasize getting things done while paying attention to important details. Responsible for executing emails and other digital assets, often as designed by graphic design team members. This includes modifying HTML and CSS, making designs responsive, ensuring accessibility, and smoothly transitioning the code to Salesforce Marketing Cloud in Content Builder.
Basic knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SSJS and AMPscript a plus, but not required.
61208Fundamental Components: - Works in a fast paced and agile work environment
- Ability to modify and build in HTML, CSS
- Adapt desktop emails for mobile rendering responsive design
- Implements personalization of content using AMPscript
- Builds dynamic content into emails, customized for campaigns as needed
- Conducts quality assurance (QA) testing using
- Litmus, work with proofreaders and project managers to achieve production-ready versions
- Navigates and troubleshoots issues as they arise, proactive in preventing recurring issues
Background Experience: 2+ years professional experience, preference for some healthcare and/or martech experience
Experience in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred and/or other CRM or marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, IBM Watson, etc.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, and familiarity with Adobe DreamWeaver
Understanding of email best practices and deliverability
Excellent attention to detail.
Very strong organizational, communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where meetings deadlines is essential.
Passionate about effecting positive change in healthcare
Strong logic skills
AMP for emails experience a plus
An aptitude and interest in learning new technologies, and advancing knowledge of coding
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to juggle and prioritize tasks, seeks supervisory assistance as appropriate.
