We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Compliance Coordinator in our Government Marketing organization. The Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in the marketing risk management process by ensuring communications compliance, as well as performing many internal audit and administrative tasks. The Coordinator will be required to keep up-to-date on all regulatory and compliance guidelines, track the compliance approval process for all government marketing materials as well as help educate and train business partners on marketing compliance guidelines. The candidate must be very organized and comfortable working with a wide variety of business partners in a fast-paced environment.
Manage end-to-end compliance filings for government marketing materials.
Collaborate with our internal/external creative teams by providing regulatory guidance to ensure marketing materials remain compliant.
Develop an expertise in compliance and regulatory guidelines, quality assurance, brand standards and procedural practices.
Synthesize compliance feedback and communicate required edits to stakeholders. Facilitate meetings as necessary to resolve compliance issues.
Advise Government Marketing team through the various steps of internal review and help them understand the impact on communications and timelines
Assist Government Marketing team to ensure materials match approved content through final proofing and review.
Organize and submit all final creative and send to the Medicare review team for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid system upload.
Update and maintain internal process and procedure docs and routinely train and distribute among greater marketing organization
Experience in marketing and/or brand management preferable within regulated industry
Excellent communication, project management and organization skills with solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Extremely proactive with the ability to lead discussions between functional areas to develop solutions
Proven ability to manage tight timelines
Able to work independently to find actionable solutions to complex problems
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
