Provides writing, editing, project management and marketing communications consultative services to assigned businesses area.
Role primarily focuses on education, adoption and retention campaigns for PayFlex business.

Fundamental Components:
  • Consults with customer(s), which may include Senior Management, on marketing/communications initiatives critical to business' success.

  • Writes employee communication materials to support member adoption and engagement. Manages communications projects (e.g., budget, resources, production, distribution, evaluation).

  • Consult and guide clients with best practices for member campaigns before, during and after OE to drive adoption and engagement
  • Use business analytics, consumer research and competitive intel to develop effective member engagement tools and campaigns
  • Develop, measure and report on campaign successes
  • Manage all open enrollment flyers, presentation templates, giveaways(sourcing/inventory/access)
  • Training, sourcing, management of temps for onsite support during Open Enrollment season (approx. 20 reps)
  • Manages all OE communications, including custom client communications as needed


Background Experience:
Marketing professional with a minimum of 3-5 years in campaign communications with proven success.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Prior experience with CRM - Salesforce Marketing Cloud


Additional Job Information:
