The Lead Business
Consultant, Producer Performance Management, is responsible for performing
rigorous performance tracking of our Commercial distribution partners and the
accompanying incentive programs, including designing and developing the
appropriate internal and external tracking tools.Correspondingly, the Lead Business consultant
will work with appropriate market and cross-functional leaders to identify
areas of underperformance, and critical opportunities going forward





Fundamental Components:

Performance
management of National producers
- Monitor performance of local producers, and provide assessments/ recommendations to sales leadership, to optimize performance

Market financial analysis - Track market distribution performance in aggregate, to inform prioritization of rollout of additional producer initiatives.

Incentive program
evaluation
- Develop
financial models to determine ROI/effectiveness of incentive programs, oversee
financial modeling of potential changes to programs and develop
internal/external tools to incentive program payments (both for internal and
external audiences)

Management
Reporting -
Work with relevant internal teams to develop internal/external reporting tools that highlight performance of key producers, nationally and by local market;performance to include reach, effectiveness, and profitability of our producer partnerships

Provide strategic
and analytical input
for the development/refinement of Aetna’s incentive
programs
