Description:
The Hybrid Cloud Enablement organization leads the end-to-end delivery and operations of cloud services to the CVS Health enterprise. Within HCE, the Cloud Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the implementation of cloud services, projects leveraging those services, and new internal capabilities for managing and optimizing cloud efficiencies. This role ensures that we are effectively and repeatably building our cloud portfolio and meeting or exceeding delivery quality and performance expectations. Looking for a result-oriented Project Delivery Manager with the ability to work across organizations internally and externally, and with a high degree of customer focus.

Fundamental Components:
Develops knowledge of business objectives of internal customers within CVS Health, and maps this to cloud infrastructure and services delivery needs. Maintains a high level of commitment to, and focus on, customer requirements.

Leads a team of project delivery resources and coordinates the overall portfolio of Hybrid Cloud project delivery work.

Oversees and refines the work-intake model used for cloud – including new service introduction, external project demand, and internal cloud projects.

Drives evaluation projects for new cloud services and tools to support the delivery and management of cloud operations.

Develops repeatable and consistent estimation process to guide business customers on their potential cloud investments.

Manages the pipeline and prioritization of work efforts and realigns resources accordingly to optimize delivery.

Drives development of project/portfolio dashboards and reporting that captures our delivery of cloud services, analyzes issues and challenges, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.

Tracks the aggregate financial plan for the cloud project portfolio and adjusts plans to meet budgetary expectations.

Identifies need for, and evaluates best-practice use of, financial and reporting tools. Leverages CVS Health standards for tracking and reporting on project financials.

Provides executive overviews of and regular delivery reviews.

Partners with Hybrid Cloud Engineering and the broader infrastructure organization to deliver identified projects, upgrades and enhancements, and plan for upcoming initiatives.

Background Experience:
4+ years of experience in Cloud technologies including IaaS, PaaS, and software-as-a-service. Proven track record of working with and managing engineering and technical teams to delivery projects and realize change. Very strong financial acumen and analysis skills and executive communication. Experience with vendor management and delivering through partner organizations. Demonstrated teamwork, positive attitude and good rapport with peers and customers. Ability to multi task in a fast paced continually changing environment. High-energy, creativity and inventiveness in overcoming obstacles and keeping projects on track while building customer rapport.
