FP&A Consultant, Reporting

Primary Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Additional Locations: CT-Hartford
This position will help support the General Ledger Payroll integration to CVS. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the unit ad-hoc reporting requests, Participating in and sometimes leading special projects as needed.

Fundamental Components:
Responsibilities include:

- Take a lead position in the integration project to align cost centers in Peoplesoft
- Develop mapping tables (black box) to ensure both the CVS and Aetna general ledgers are mapping FTE's correctly
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
- Perform year-end accrual movements to correct payer company entity
- Assist in mass allocation/management allocation ratio changes
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and requests
- Able to identify problems, communicate to leadership, and execute corrective actions with the help of management
- Collaborate with Payroll/HR teams
- Process general ledger journal entries (SG&A)

2-4 years finance related experience, healthcare a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Technical - Database/Microsoft Access/1-3 Years/End User
