The Director, HealthHUB Technology Portfolio Management, will play a critical role in bringing HeathHUBs products and services from concept to market. Core focus area will include managing holistic Digital & Technology roadmap for HealthHUB products portfolio, owning the relationship with Digital and Technology leads across the enterprise, and overseeing implementation of digital and technology assets to ensure alignment with Hubs product portfolio strategy and launch timelines.

This position will directly report into HealthHUB Implementation lead and will work closely with colleagues across all major CVS’s enterprise businesses (i.e. Health Benefits, Retail, PBM).

This role would suit someone with a strong background in leading complex enterprise wide digital and technology portfolio, experience/ passion for bringing new healthcare products and services to market, and ability to work in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment.

Fundamental Components:
  • Maintain advanced-level understanding of the HealthHUB strategy, customers, healthcare, and regulatory environment, and HealthHUB product portfolio
  • Collaborate with Product owners and enterprise digital and IT teams to convert HealthHUB product concept/ business strategy into digital & technology capabilities
  • Develop and manage holistic digital & technology multi-year roadmap to meet needs across different waves of product implementation
  • Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to assess and manage funding needs for overall digital and technology portfolio enablement and ensure cost optimization for value realization
  • Enable robust program management capabilities to track, and manage digital/ technology implementation activities across the enterprise to meet the product portfolio implementation timelines
  • Provide strategic guidance from Digital/ Technology perspective to guide the longer term HealthHUB product vision and strategy
  • Participate in 3rd party technology solutions/ vendor assessment and identify innovative partnership opportunities to enable product portfolio needs


Background Experience:
  • 7+ years of Digital/ Technology Strategy and Portfolio Management experience leading strategic enterprise level initiatives
  • 3+ years’ experience in enabling Digital/ Technology capabilities for new and innovative Healthcare products and services (i.e. Wellness, Care Management, Consumer Health, Benefit Navigation)
  • Strong business/ product knowledge in one or more of following business areas: Health Insurance, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Retail Health
  • Strong product development/ program management capabilities leveraging Agile/ Waterfall tools, and methodologies; proven track record in effectively managing complex portfolio of initiatives from inception to completion
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills, with executive presence and ability to influence across functions and at all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized, and able to provide positive leadership across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex, & matrixed working environment
  • Prior experience in Healthcare Digital/ Technology Consulting at top firm will be a plus
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and high-energy individual who can easily function in a high-demand, performance-driven environment
