What we are looking for:

Talented individuals with a passion for innovation and a desire to gain exposure to leading edge technology and career development opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic team within Aetna’s Enterprise Architecture (EA) organization which is involved in fulfilling a goal to build a long-term vision and foundation for their Enterprise Strategy and Operating Model. You will benefit from day to day coaching and mentoring from senior architects to develop your skills sets, along with gain insight on how EA functions in the enterprise.


What you need to do the job:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
- 1-3 years of experience and/ or substantial internships in a software development role and understanding of Object Oriented Principles
-Proficiency with one or more programming languages such as: Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, Python, AngularJs,Matlab, Ruby
- Prior experience or understanding with following is desirable: UML Modeling principles, , SOAP Services and REST APIs, XML Schema, WSDL, TAML, JSON Web Token, Encryption,UAF.
-Ability to effectively communicate orally and written channels
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
-Team player with strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork to improved team effectiveness
-Resourcefulness and ability to quickly and successfully adapt to change
-Ability to demonstrate a commitment to integrity, the Aetna code of conduct and respect for diversity
