Client Services, Senior Director

POSITION SUMMARY
The main purpose of client service organization is to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded with each relationship. Develop and implement an account plan designed to meet growth goals set by the organization.

Fundamental Components:
Defines and implement a best practice strategy to install new client accounts and in line with market competition to differentiate PayFlex (current state:
o 5500 clients
o 3 million members
o Multi-channel partners
Partners with Finance to define pricing strategy by product in order to maximize revenue and contribution from existing clients.
Maintains high client retention rate and achieving best in class NPS.
Develops the relationship and account strategy for the portfolio based on market segmentation and buying needs/behaviors.
Accountable for understanding the P&L at the client level, product level and regional level.
Responsible for ensuring an effective administration process.
Partners with sales and data science to create predictive modeling on expansion and growth in the existing member /client base
Partners with sales and data science on opportunity to increase same store sales

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
10+ years sales and/or account management experience.
Desired, Human capital consulting background or Outsourcing Administration background
Retail, financial services, insurance background a plus
Experience managing of a profitability of a portfolio
Solid perspective on the competition
Excellent executive presence and presentation material skills
Demonstrated abilities to exceed target revenue goals, provide excellent customer service, build long-term relationships, and work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience with defining account plans
Experience targeting expansion in growth opportunity by segments
Ability to leverage data to make growth opportunity

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
