ABX Lead Business Consultant - Trainer (Lean)

Aetna's Lean Six Sigma Achieving Business eXcellence (ABX) Enterprise
organization has an exciting opportunity as a Lead Business Consultant
partnering with the Business Units. The Lead Business Consultant will work
closely with business, operations, and technology leaders across the company to
drive critical transformations that deliver on the company's vision. Looking
for strong analytical skills, Lean Business System deployment training, Lean
Six Sigma background, able to travel 25%, and have strong teamwork,
collaboration, Change Management experience, and coaching skills.



Fundamental Components:

Further develop and deploy the critical elements of a Lean
Business System training focused on operational excellence, managing with data, and
focusing on customer and employee satisfaction to drive financial benefits.

Oversee, facilitate and conduct training sessions.

Partners with Lean Deployment Leaders to develop customer-centric focus
within specific areas of the company. - Partners with specific business areas
to create Training and Competency Building-related continuous improvement roadmaps, gather data and develop KPIs and trending reports for improvement and validation of learning, design and prepare ABX events, conduct ABX events, coach and mentor colleagues.



Background Experience:

7+ years’ experience with several of the following
methodologies: adult learning, curriculum building, training and facilitation,
project consulting, business process consulting, continuous improvement,
financial strategic analysis, strategic business planning, and project
management.

Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale
initiatives with high degree of complexity desired. Lean Business System
experience is required. Adult learning and curriculum development required. Healthcare industry experience highly desired.
