Description: Uses a variety of educational media to design and develop state-of-the-art training tools and programs for designated Aetna audiences; assesses and reports on the effectiveness and ROI of training programs
Uses formal instructional design methodology to design and develop performance-based training and educational tools.
Utilizes adult learning theory to create interactive, creative, and engaging learning content
Simultaneously manages multiple, complex projects
Consults with organization leaders, stakeholders, and SMEs to design, develop, implement, and evaluate effective learning interventions
Uses a variety of educational media to design and develop state-of-the-art training tools and programs
Assess and reports on the effectiveness and ROI of training programs
Conducts performance analysis to determine the expectations and gaps for the intended audience
Evaluates existing material for opportunities for updates and improvements
Partners with managers and subject matter experts to lead projects to streamline daily processes and create standard operating procedures, training documents, and quick reference guides.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles
Project Management skills
Excellent oral and writing skills
Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and/or other eLearning authoring software
Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Learning Management System (LMS) administration
Video production programs (e.g. Vyond, Camtasia, After Effects)
Additional Job Information: Candidate will be designing various learnings for the organization. These will include various areas of the business for associates as well as our distribution partners.
