61957Fundamental Components: Performs daily-required operational tasks and duties for ongoing fitness center operations.Performs health risk and physical assessments, prescribes and monitors exercise programs, leads group exercise classes, facilitates fitness education classes, and provides lifestyle counseling and feedback.Assesses needs, develops and evaluates individual and group exercise programs.Implements opportunities for continuous improvement of programs and services, focusing on efficiencies, cost management and program synergies.Performs analysis and resolution of problems and issues.Identifies need for and reviews communications and marketing of assigned programs and services. Analyzes and reports on assigned program results.Consults with business partners on program delivery. Proactively identifies and resolves issues and opportunities. Supports the implementation of special benefit plans and programs in support of acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures. Markets assigned programs and services in support of educating constituents (employees), increasing utilization and managing expectations.Completes data assessments and analysis in support of the ongoing management of specific programs.Complies with applicable laws and Aetna policies.Identifies and acts on opportunities to deliver programs and services in an integrated manner. (*) Background Experience: Experience in corporate/adult fitness with concentration in delivery of programs and services.Certified in Group Exercise and CPR. Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.
