Entry Level Project Manager (57038BR)Primary Location: Franklin, Tennessee

Project Manager will report to Director of Program Management and will be responsible for day to day activities of cross functional projects, program administrative activities, and other work related to enabling functional areas to successfully deliver their goals.
Responsible for managing multiple projects including the development, implementation and closure for assigned projects
Review with management project proposals to establish and set expectations, required funding and expected results
Coordinates activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget
Prepares project status reports and meeting minutes. Set and maintains expectations with key stakeholders
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Demonstrate clear understanding or legal and privacy requirements. Escalate as required.
2-3 years related work experience.
Proven track record meeting project dates.
Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to present information to small and, at times, large audiences
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple partners, task and deadlines.
Ability to work both independently or as a team
Ability to multi-task, complete task without direct supervision, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
