Analyst, Medicare Data and Reporting (SQL, Tableau required)

Primary Location: Franklin, TN
Additional Locations: NE-Omaha, TN-Franklin
Use your operational analytical skills to design, develop, maintain reports and assist with presentations. Make solid recommendations based on the data and provide insights and value to our internal and external customers. You must be self-directed and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issues. You will be a key resource with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines.

Fundamental Components:
  • Analyze data to ensure accuracy and help the business understand the implications of the data
  • Partner with other team members on web design or reporting projects
  • Serve as a resource to other team members on data
  • Assist in identifying solutions to request or problems
  • Translate concepts into reality
  • Assist in the assessment and interpretation of customer needs and requirements
  • Provide accurate estimates of and commitments to delivery dates
  • Provide explanations and information to others on difficult issues
*Candidates must live within commuting distance of either our Franklin, Tennessee or Omaha, Nebraska office locations.*

Background Experience:
  • 3-5 years of data interpretation, analysis and reporting experience
  • Extensive experience with databases as well interpretation and manipulation of related data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • SQL, Tableau, and Excel required
  • Healthcare / Insurance experience preferred

Additional Job Information:
Project management skills.In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment.
