About the role
Are you self-motivated, enthusiastic and a strong business developer? We are looking for driven, tenacious individuals who thrive on achieving targets to join our exceptional team of Telesales Specialists.
You will be focused on developing customer relationships to optimise business and promote and facilitate the sale of Aetna insurance products.
You will understand our customer’s needs and how we can fulfil them by nurturing prospect relationships until the customer reaches the point at which they are ready to purchase.
This is the perfect role for someone who is a driven, pro-active self-starter who wants to succeed and is passionate about meeting the needs of our customers.
Your typical day will include:
•Answer inbound questions via email and phone
•Follow-up with potential customers who have obtained a quote through the Aetna International website
•Answer questions regarding products and healthcare in multiple markets and ask questions to understand the customer requirements and close sales
•Assist prospect customers to complete and submit applications
•Assist prospect customers with payment processes
•Enter and update customer information in Salesforce and other reporting systems
•Go the ‘extra mile’ to achieve performance targets
What you’ll need
•Previous experience within sales, ideally within an insurance/healthcare setting but not a prerequisite
•You’ll be confident in dealing with people at all levels and a natural at building rapport
•Excellent listening skills are essential to really understand our customer’s needs
•You will have a focused approach to winning business through successful contact strategies
•You’ll be highly organised and have a disciplined approach to your work
•You’ll be hungry for success
