Medicare Broker ManagerPrimary Location: Erlanger, KY
Additional Locations: KY-Erlanger, OH-Cincinnati Apply
** MUST be ok with 75% Travel (Throughout Northern Kentucky & Ashland)
- Responsible for meeting established health plan broker sales goal through management of assigned block of agents.
- Prospects for and recruits new agents through collaboration with National and Direct agency relationships or through agent marketing activities targeted to agents.
- Responsible for onboarding new agents by supporting their navigation of contracting, certification, and training requirements.
- Responsible for obtaining agent Ready to Sell (RTS) goals.
- Proactively develops agent activation.
- Strategy should utilize the development of various tactics such as face-to-face, telephonic methods, and written communication methods.
- Responsible for ongoing individual agent management.
- Responsibilities include the establishment of production goals and compliance thresholds.
- Responsible for ensuring agent adherence to all CMS and Aetna guidelines
- Monitors adherence to all state, federal, and health plan guidelines.
- Performs other duties as required.
- 2+ years of Broker Level Medicare field experience is REQUIRED
- Salesforce, MS dynamic, or other CRM exposure is REQUIRED
- AHAIP Certification & Kentucky Life and Health license is REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years Medicare Advantage sales and/or broker sales experience Highly preferred.
- Sales management experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and corporate applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
