POSITION SUMMARY
This position will work in the Medicare Telesales Operations within a dynamic virtual team and provide vendor call center management and oversight. Will be expected to compliantly meet and/or exceed telesales goals and objectives and develop and implement solutions that drive increased sales and efficiencies.

Fundamental Components:
Provide direction to telesales call center vendor as it relates to scripts, quality of calls, sales acumen and outcomes
Identify and provide solutions that lead to increased qualified leads and enrollments
Build rapport and work collaboratively within the team
Oversee and audit telesales vendor / agent performance
Ensure tools and technology are being used as instructed
Build and maintain interdepartmental relationships

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
5+ years experience with one or more of the following; Medicare sales/marketing, call center operations, vendor management
Experience with implementing moderate scale initiatives with moderate degree of complexity.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong understanding of data related tools; Excel, Tableau, etc
Can work independently and have a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Strong understanding of Medicare/ specifically Part D and MAPD


EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Technical - Telecommunications/Telecom Regulatory Environment/1-3 Years/End User
Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft SharePoint/1-3 Years/Power User
