EAPCommunications is looking for a team member to promote and supportcommunication needs for the EAP and integrated service model of BH. Thisincludes working directly with EAP and BH operations subject matter experts,Sales, Account Executives and Plan Sponsors. Additionally, candidate shouldhave the skills to assist in the production of communications through variousmethods, including planning, writing and design. We are in need of someone whocan do both writing and design. The candidate will learn and champion Aetna’sbrand standards; provide timely, quality deliverables and meet aggressivedeadlines; maintain positive, supportive relationships with coworkers; and handle multiple projects and expected work volume.
60558 Fundamental Components:
Candidate should have excellent writing skills, be detail oriented and have proficient editing skills. Candidate should have excellent skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel. Candidate should have basic skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro. Experience in marketing or communications is desired, including design of PowerPoint presentations, flyers, ads, posters, etc. Knowledge of behavioral health, employee assistance, worklife and wellness programs is desired. For Aetna employees, familiarity with Aetna processes (QCC, Legal, brand standards) is a plus. - Supports planning, development and production of Plan Sponsor and member promotional materials, collateral materials, and content resource library - Contributes to the overall communication strategy and promotional planning of EAP communications and BH integrated service delivery for Plan Sponsors - Works with Account Executives and Plan Sponsors to strategize custom materials and fulfill custom requests, as needed - Provides supports to BH/EAP Sales for presentations, marketing materials and custom requests for proposals. - Supports BH/EAP leadership through working with leaders in special projects that support behavioral health transformation communications and culture - Meets urgent deadlines for immediate BH/EAP projects that are outside of the normal turnaround timeframe. - Works to develop, maintain and customize content on the new BH/EAP Member website, including the website strategy - Works to support the BH/EAP business needs by writing or designing content.
Additional Job Information:
