**Seeking qualified candidates in Ohio for this Medicare Sales Manager role**

Manage the direct to consumer sales channel and D2C Field Sales Reps throughout Ohio in specific markets (Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Toledo, Cleveland, Akron/Canton and Youngstown) to assure the achievement of new sales and membership retention goals for our DSNP, MAPD, PDP and ancillary products.

Fundamental Components:
We are looking for an inspirational sales manager who has a passion for coaching and leading a team. In this role you will manage, supervise and lead direct sales reps in the field. Looking for a lead from the front lines coach to support the D2C sales channel. Establish specific goals for assigned areas of responsibility in line with strategic objectives. Responsible for recruiting training and developing staff. Medicare is one of the fastest growing segments in healthcare and Aetna is one of the fastest growing carriers. This position will also participate with the management team to help develop and drive local market strategies along with owning partnerships with key local influential providers.


Background Experience:
Minimum three to five years sales management experience in a direct to consumer product or service with a successful track record. Experienced in recruiting, training, and performance management. Minimum five to seven years experience in sales experience with healthcare sales, preferably Medicare DSNP, Medicare Advantage and PDP plans. Bachelors Degree required, OH state Life and Health license required.
