Responsible for the daily supervision of an account management team accountable for retaining existing customers, excellent customer satisfaction, delivering on Key Performance Measures and business results, growth, talent development, and team engagement.

Fundamental Components:
Guides team in appropriate activities and behaviors to exceed business goals for client retention results and growth. Works with senior managers and shared partners. Consults with appropriate managers to maintain SLA expectations. Cross-functionally coordinates, consults, and works with other departments to maintain and improve upon current business processes within scope of responsibilities. Manage workflow related to renewal and client and broker service needs. Provides oversight and direction to staff; plans and organizes timely coordination of projects. Establishes, communicates and implements goals for department. Expected skill sets include detail orientation, project management, management of multiple deadlines. Recruits, develops, trains, and motivates staff; initiates and communicates a variety of personnel actions including, employment, termination, performance reviews, salary reviews, and disciplinary actions. Performs other related duties as required.

Background Experience:
5+ years’ progressively responsible industry and customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not required
Insurance license, as required by state law.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
