Senior Application Support Analyst

Primary Location: Chicago, Illinois

Description:
Assume responsibility for various data or DART administration related tasks that can described by aprocess and do not require developer skills.

Fundamental Components:

·DART user security administration.


·Ensure the management of Service Requests follow documented standard


·Procedures.


·Managing DART metadata and user catalogs releases, patches.


·Miscellaneous administrative work, for example gathering SOC II audit documentation.


·Excellent communication skills and positive attitude with internal / external customers required



Background Experience:

Background/Experience Desired


4+ years work experience that reflects a proven track record or proficiency in the competencies (Fundamental Components) noted or equivalent work.


Education


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


Functional Experiences


Functional - Information Technology/Application maintenance & support/4-6 Years
