59537Fundamental Components: * Jumbo Group Medicare Support : Support the Great Lakes Market President and Business Strategy and Planning Officer in the ongoing coordination of an internal financial and clinical management process, with a focus on maximizing financial performance and ensuring a consistent understanding of case dynamics across the enterprise. This will require successful engagement of key stakeholders from across the organization (e.g., Group Medicare, Clinical, Finance, etc.) to optimize efficiency and maximize results. In addition, this individual will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders on strategy development to maximize membership growth.
Support the Great Lakes market leadership team who are responsible for Group and Individual Medicare Advantage in planning and execution of their priorities, including membership planning for jumbo group Medicare cases and identification and sizing of new market opportunities.
Background Experience: *3+ years at Aetna, likely in a Program Management, Strategy, and/or Finance role; Medicare experience preferred, but not required
*7+ years experience and technical/functional expertise in one or more of the following areas: management consulting, financial analysis, project management, public policy, mergers and acquisitions, operations management and/or marketing.
*Project/program management experience with mid or large-sized cross-functional initiatives, with a moderate to high degree of complexity.
*Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material to successfully implement strategy or change initiatives.
*Demonstrated relationship management skills at peer and senior leadership levels within an organization.
