63133Fundamental Components: Main focus is to ensure superior client satisfaction, help secure client renewal/retention, and help drive membership growth.
Must work closely with broader Aetna account team members to develop and launch strategies to help grow and retain the client’s national membership. This may include creative marketing strategies, representing Aetna at various presentations/events, and selling Aetna solutions that will help attract new membership. Will attend client meetings and assist in planning and preparation for these meetings. Works collaboratively within Aetna and across business functions to ensure customer needs are understood and key issues are addressed. Will work with Aetna team members to support renewal process. Thoroughly analyzes and reviews reports and utilization in order to consult with customers, implement appropriate interventions and drive mutually beneficial outcomes for the customer and Aetna. Analyzes and reviews reports/data and utilization to assist the customers in understanding key drivers of benefits cost. Recommend solutions based on data. Coordinates resources to ensure a successful case installation of new products and services.
#LI-HH1 Background Experience: 6-8+ years industry or customer service experience.Multi-functional experience, e.g., underwriting. College degree or equivalent experience Insurance license, as required by state law.
