The Content Platform team is currently seeking a Product Owner to help vision and develop a strong basis to efficiently produce, manage and distribute content assets across a very large enterprise. This is an excellent opportunity to join nearly on the ground floor, as the enterprise accelerates investment in
this core capability. As a Product Owner, you will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other Product Owners and Product Managers in a fully scaled agile practice. Grow your skill set and knowledge base by working with talented and passionate team-members from diverse backgrounds.
Lead a cross-functional delivery team to thoughtfully evolve complex software systems under the guidance of the Content Platform
The Product owner partners closely internal stakeholders to shape the strategic direction of the product
Participate in relative value discussions, balancing a spectrum of interests
(internal, external, short-term, long-term) to yield the highest value roadmap
Research and write requirements to enable efficient delivery of high quality solutions.
Draw upon your creativity, curiosity and experience to help the team evolve its craft, culture and ambitions
Represent the team as a key liaison to the rest of the organization Background Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or senior Business Analyst on content-driven product offerings
Experience working closely with engineering and product management to establish overall product vision, manage and prioritize the product backlog, translate business requirements into user stories and tasks, communicate status, and validate solutions
Strong communication skills, including an ability to write business-level requirements through stories, wireframes, and flows
Demonstrated experience driving agile product development and ability to thrive in a fully SAFe-Agile enterprise development environment
Excellent conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking skills and a curiosity to
learn and optimize complex systems at scale
Experience deploying or significantly evolving 2+ enterprise Content Management Systems such as SiteCore, AEM, or IBM WCM
Strong technical acumen, and willingness to dive into the details, including engaging on concepts like system architecture, data modeling, and API design
Demonstrable working knowledge of core Content Management concepts such as multi-tenancy, content atomization, asset and rights management, inheritance, workflows, tags/taxonomy/ontologies, API design, and headed vs headless use-cases
Experience developing a services- or API-based product, including the associated administrative considerations (evolution, documentation, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively on teams within a highly collaborative
environment, and the interest, aptitude, and initiative to help increase
the team's quality and velocity through continuous agile maturity Additional Job Information:
