Fundamental Components:
Aetna Digital is looking for a Software Engineer in Tools & Infrastructure to join our team in Burlington, MA.
Aetna Digital is looking for talented Software Developers with expertise in development of tools automation professionals with deep technical backgrounds and experience designing, building, and maintaining engineering and production Environments.

Experience working as part of a team is critical, with natural leadership skills a plus.

Aetna Digital is looking for Engineers who will drive forward innovation and help deliver cutting edge application solutions.

- Strong desire to automate everything

- Experience with CI/CD build tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, etc)

- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Ruby, and/or JavaScript

- Configuration management tools such as Chef, Ansible, Puppet, etc

- Infrastructure and service monitoring and logging experience

- An understanding of application deployment patterns and best practices

Background Experience:
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

1-3 years of experience in Engineering
1-3 years of Tools Automation DevOps or Infrastructure development experience
Experience with Public Cloud (ideally AWS tools and services, OR Azure, Google Cloud, OR OpenStack)
Terraform is a plus
Kubernetes is a strong plus
Micro services

Experience working in an Agile
SCRUM (or SAFe) SDLC

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
