CVS Aetna Digital is looking for a Content Operations Lead to help scale our content production, optimize our content processes and support our interactions with other teams across the enterprise.
To support our multichannel publishing operation, you've got extensive experience with content management systems and practices, taxonomy and metadata strategy, and know your way around a content model.
You also have a working knowledge of style guides, pattern libraries and design systems. You'll be helping the team produce documentation that feeds iterative design and development, and need to help the team achieve consistency in our approach to both language and content structure.
You really love improving process and designing workflows. You're organized, have an eye for detail, and should be inclined toward project management.
You love crafting engaging digital experiences and understand how important consistent, high-quality content is in supporting those experiences. As a technically-minded member of the content strategy team, you’ll be collaborating with our architecture and engineering teams, as well as our design and product teams.
Most importantly, you’re an empathetic person who understands that all of our work is in the service of our users. You’ll be critical to ensuring that our content supports people in their journeys to better health.
70934 Fundamental Components:
•Facilitate content modeling exercises and CMS template development with a cross-functional team, including content strategy, product design, client architecture, engineering and product teams
•Collaborate with content management platform team on implementation and optimization of our headed and headless CMS solutions, including designing workflows, defining roles and permissions, and other key functions
•Provide guidance for and represent Content Strategy team in content migrations
•Collaborate on metadata strategy for CVS Aetna Digital with other enterprise content teams
•Contribute to content management governance model in collaboration with other enterprise content teams
•Assist Content Strategy team with development of their editorial calendars, managing timelines and release coordination
•Help develop infrastructure and processes that enables Content Strategy team to create impactful content experiences at scale
•Assess content needs and processes across teams to identify strategic areas of overlap and opportunities for improvement
•Investigate new tools, platforms, technologies, etc., that improve team production, collaboration and communication
•Coordinate with Analytics team to help create measurement dashboards for team
•Work with content strategy team on standardizing delivery processes
•Help team maintain voice, tone and component guidelines documentation
•Support the Product team by facilitating legal, compliance and privacy reviews of our team's content as needed
•Coordinate with other content teams across the enterprise to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, content re-use, etc. Background Experience:
•6+ years experience working in content management or operations
•Experience working with content management systems and multichannel publishing
•Demonstrated experience in content modeling
•Working knowledge of taxonomy and metadata managementas a means of enabling personalization, targeting and information management
•Experience working on digital products
•Experienced in stakeholder management
•Experience using project management tools (e.g. Basecamp, Airtable, etc.)
•Working knowledge of SAFe / Agile (a plus, but not required)
•Demonstrated expertise in developing processes and systems
•Knowledgable of content documentation (annotated wireframes, copy decks, content models, page tables, etc.)
•You have strong organization and project management skills
•You're detail-oriented and understand the impact of content in the user experience
•You're a proactive communicator and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders Clinical Licensure:
