POSITION SUMMARY
This is a supervisory position and will oversee the following:
That Salesforce requests made by our internal customers are implemented timely, accurately and efficiently.
That customers requests for Plan Sponsor Data are fulfilled timely and accurately


Fundamental Components:
The Supvr, Bus Project Mgmt is a key member of our organization. In addition to supervisor responsibilities this person will work directly with our Salesforce development team and business partners gathering requirements to drive delivery of technology best practice business changes. They will work with senior members of the team ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce.com implementation. They should have solid functional and/or industry knowledge, as well as Salesforce administration experience.

Key Responsibilities
Work with Salesforce team to maintain and coordinate communication with the business customer throughout the project lifecycle.

Work with Developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation.
Supports testing cycles
Develop and document work flow processes and procedures
Research potential business requirement solutions using various resources, including, but not limited to, Salesforce.com.
Utilize acquired knowledge of Salesforce.com,, and the business to analyze current business processes, suggest improvements, and participate in the implementation of new functionality
Create technical requirements for developers and provide suggestions during the development stage that meet the customer's business needs.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
2-3 Years of leadership experience
2-3 years of Salesforce Administration experience
2-3 Years of Project management experience
IT Management Strongly Desired
Plan Sponsor Service organization experience is a plus.
Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
Proven communication skills both written and verbal
Past positions required acting a project lead and directing a team
Proven ability to affect change/interpersonal skills
Solid Project Management and supervisory skills

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
