Achieve new growth goals in the DE market by selling Aetna Funding Advantage to new small businesses, via brokers. Recruit, train & motivate agents to sell small group Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA).
Recruit, train and motivate agents to sell small group Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA). Assist brokers with selling and on-boarding new clients.
Candidate should have 3+ years of sales experience. Experience managing external and internal constituents. Candidate should have strong communication, organization, negotiation and presentation skills. Candidate should be able to develop and execute strategy to maximize sales in geography.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
