Middle Market Account Sales Executive

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Middle Market (MMA) Account Executive, this team member will be responsible for helping continue new membership growth within our South East Pennsylvania sales territory (Chester, Northampton, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Philadelphia). This will be achieved by selling our products and services through brokers and consultants throughout a defined territory.

Fundamental Components:
This candidate will cultivate strong, productive and influential relationships with brokers, consultants, customers and peers to help promotes and sell all of Aetna's products and services. This candidate will need to manage multiple task happening at the same time, conduct complex negotiations and help set and drive a winning strategy to will within the defined marketplace.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
Candidate will have desired background/experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of health insurance experience
- Knowledge of the South East Pennsylvania Marketplace
- Current/active Health Insurance License

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Insurance/Insurance License is desired
