Manager Strategic Producer Compensation Team

Primary Location: Blue Bell, Pennsylvania
Additional Locations: PA-Blue Bell
This candidate will manage our Strategic Consultant Team. We are responsible for Producer Compensation. The position handles all project work beginning with writing business requirements and finishing with implementation and training. In addition, assist in fulfilling our internal and external reporting obligations, weekly and monthly audits, problem resolutions and working on the more complex issues. Candidates who enjoy a challenge, like working in a fast-paced environment and continuous stimulation will be successful in this position

Fundamental Components:
Responsible for a team that performs weekly and monthly audits and all system project work . Handle the more complex commission issues and reconciliations. Utilize Excel and Access along with other reporting tools and systems such as BRIO queries, Oracle, PDMF, CCI to reconcile and analyze external broker and general agent issues. Organization of information in logical and meaningful manner for internal and external constituents Communication skills to summarize intricate situations clearly in documents, email, on conference calls and in person Working in fast paced, production environment which involves multi-tasking and strong attention to detail.

Background Experience:
10 plus years of management experience in the project, accounting and audit environment that reflects a proven track record of proficiency in the competencies noted below:

Able to write and explain complex issues clearly
Adapts quickly to changing priorities
Eager to learn complex programs
Excellent at managing many tasks simultaneously

Additional Job Information:
This is a production oriented department. On a daily basis, as issues arise they need to be addressed immediately. This is in addition to your scheduled work. So you need to be adaptable with working in a environment with interruptions.
