Accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing management of more complex projects which typically impact more than one of the following: process, system, product and/or function and may run a year in duration.
The eCommerce Project Manager is
primarily accountable for managing the day-to-day Small Group quoting partner relationships
and performing the delivery and testing tasks required to load Aetna rates and
product information on multiple broker-facing third-party quoting platforms in
testing and maintenance of Small Group AFA, ACA and dental products on
third party quoting platforms
management of day-to-day relationship with vendor counterparts and
internal Product, Sales, Actuary and Underwriting contacts to ensure
timely and accurate updates on quoting partner sites in accordance with
local market priorities
implementation, data set-up, documentation and testing support for quoting
partner initiatives including state/product expansion and rating API connections
quarterly rate and product testing tasks and inventory management to
achieve vendor go live by target date
eCommerce team on weekly regional product calls for assigned markets
Producer Digital Experience by providing Business SME guidance and testing
support as needed for internal broker tools such as Producer World
1-3 years Business Project Management experience
1-3 years Vendor Relationship Management experience
Demonstrates sound decision making skills in ambiguous situations
Effectively prioritizes work tasks when faced with shifting, competing priorities
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration and creative problem-solving skills
