Account Manger

Primary Location: Amherst, NY
Additional Locations: NY-Amherst, NY-New York, PA-Philadelphia
This individual will support a growing book of business with a focus on large groups. Develops strong external and internal relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, and membership objectives for existing customers in assigned business segment.

Fundamental Components:
Develops a mutually rewarding working relationship with various client contacts to ensure renewal of case and retention.
Follows through on outstanding issues to the point of resolution.
Develops strong network of internal partners.
Performs customer analytics and reports needs for clients and brokers.
Strong understanding of the features and benefits of the products we provide.

Background Experience:
2-5 years experience in industry
Self funding knowledge a plus
SalesForce experience a plus
Stop Loss knowledge a plus
Detail oriented
Time management skills

Need to obtain License not current active
