62908Fundamental Components: Aetna Digital is looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This team member will work with a cross-functional team, uses agile practices, writes, debugs, and delivers code. Collaborates with stakeholders from User Experience, Architecture, and Operations. Translates business requirements into sound, creative designs that effectively weigh business and technical tradeoffs. Works at story level development, identifies and fixes problems in code. Produces solid, thoroughly tested features. Background Experience:
- 3+ years software development experience.
- At least 2 years of hands on experience developing enterprise services using IIB or similar
- Solid hands on experience building message flows using Compute Node, Java Compute Node and Database Nodes
- Analysis, design and implementing encryption of Patient Health Record
- Analyze and troubleshoot application performance issues and experience in fine tuning the message flows as necessary.
- Build reusable components such as Exception Handler, Auditing and Logging framework
- Exposure to Node.js is a plus.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
- Experience with running code in production through testing and deployment.
- Experience getting code ready for production through testing and deployment.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is a plus
- Ability to produce solid code and thoroughly tested features, including automated unit tests.
