In this program, you’ll begin as an actuarial analyst and work to pass Society of Actuaries (SOA) exams to become a Fellow of SOA. While rotating through major business areas, you will develop the skills required to become a future risk-assessing leader at Aetna.

What to expect:

  • A 6-year rotational program consisting of four 18-month assignments
  • Career and leadership development opportunities, networking events, and support from a mentor
  • Dedicated paid study hours during the work week and a raise for each SOA exam that you pass

Our program accelerates your professional development with the goal of providing you with the skills necessary to be a leader in our IT functional areas. You will develop the skills and competencies needed to help shape our company’s technological future.

  • A 2-year rotational program consisting of four 6-month assignments
